BHL Program Director's Report: 2013 at the @BioDivLibrary Institutional Council meeting

The BHL Institutional Council is gathering for it's annual meeting. We're a little later than usual and we are missing (in person at least) a few of our members. This year, we're in Woods Hold, Mass., hosted by the Marine Biological Laboratory/Woods Hole Oceangraphic Institution Library.
