Lovely evening at the Spring Reception for the Diplomatic Reception Rooms

My second time at the Diplomatic Reception Rooms Spring Reception. Last year, of course, it was with Secretary Hillary Clinton. The receiving line for Secretary Kerry was in the Adams Room this year (it was in the Jefferson Room last year). Sec. Kerry is amazingly tall in person and knew how to make you feel comfortable for the 15 seconds you had with him to shake hands and smile for the camera.
