Ray's Hell Burger closed

RHB and Nice and Greasy in the Colonial Village Shopping Center are currently closed. Reports are it's a rent dispute. By the looks of the facilities,  reopening doesn't look good.

Ray's the Steaks and Ray's to the Third remain open.
